Harmony Reserve
Harmony Reserve, LLC represents an investment group consisting of five local businessmen who bring with them a diverse background in construction and development spanning more than 30 years.
The Managing Member for the group is J. Patrick (Toby) Hill, President of The Hill Group, established in 1984. In addition to the group’s passion for quality, Mr. Hill and his partners also share a love of the Vero Beach community which has been, and continues to be, expressed through their individual philanthropic efforts.
To assist in the creation of the Harmony Reserve vision, Insite Solutions, Inc. joined the group, providing knowledge and expertise in the land development and marketing arenas. Throughout Indian River County, the Insite Solutions team has been involved with several quality communities including Arbor Trace, Stonebridge, Cypress Lake, Collier Club and Pointe West.
Working together, the vision of Harmony Reserve will soon become a reality, providing Vero Beach with a Premier 55+ Active Adult Community.
